I LOVE workout journals and you should too! They’re a great way to see your progress.

All you have to do is:

  1. Write the workout down.
  2. Keep track of your time on time challenges.
  3. Write down the number of reps you did during an interval.
  4. Write down whether or not you modified or how long you lasted before you had to modify.
  5. Go back to a workout every few weeks or couple months and beat your time, or see how else you’ve improved!!!

You are awesome, you deserve the best, and you’re getting stronger everyday!

Workout Breakdown:

Intervals (45/10)-15 Rounds/ Repeat exercises 3X Thru

  • Walking Pushup
  • Plie Pulse 3X Jump
  • Plank Leg Circles [R]
  • Plank Leg Circles [L]
  • Reverse Plank Knee Tuck
