Do you have a friend that you hate to love? Ugh, I do. She’s terribly-talented, tall AND beautiful, annoyingly-intelligent, obnoxiously-popular, good at EVERYTHING she does, and I can’t imagine life without her! As soon as I put up this blog I wanted to pick at her wisdom, but of course she was too busy traveling Italy with her beautiful family while writing her 4th book. When I did finally see her perfectly tan face over Skype, she delivered some great advice. “Amanda, take off your damn shirt and smile for christ-sake!” That was just the beginning of a long list of ridiculously awesome advice. My brother in law is getting married to the sweetest young lady I know, Michelle. We all got together over Labor Day Weekend and knocked out this TOUGH workout. You know what they say, families that sweat together, are too exhausted to get in silly arguments over Labor Day Weekend.:)

This workout is hard! Be a badass and get it done! We were all sweating our butts off by the end.
